Terms of Conditions

Welcome to your transformation & to the journey of identifying your purpose! I am honored to be your coach in this season of your life. I desire that you feel knowledgeable about the process and well-versed in expectations. In this document, you will find my coaching process, disclosures, expectations, policies, and grievances.

My Coaching Process:

I help women discover their purpose by identifying limiting beliefs and healing childhood trauma, ultimately illuminating the pathway to purpose.

Together, we will:

  • determine areas where you have been stuck

  • reverse engineer the limiting beliefs to reveal the core issue

  • establish new beliefs that can sustain your discovered purpose.

We execute this restructuring of your new core beliefs through weekly sessions of gently digging and unraveling symptoms that show up in your life today.

Disclosures:

Coaching may result in changes in your existing relationships and healthy changes in the types of relationships you form in the future.

Zoom is not HIPPA compliant and, therefore, I cannot guarantee, with 100% certainty, that information shared through Zoom will be safe from a data breach. However, I keep all client records secured so that anyone other than myself cannot access them. Sessions will be recorded by your coach only and should not be recorded by a participant.

Anything that you say to me, my notes, or any paperwork provided by you or your physician, mental health professional, or legal representative (current or past) will be kept confidential. The only time I will break that confidentiality is if I feel you are in danger of harming yourself or another person or if I receive a legal subpoena to release your records.

As a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach, I act as a Mandatory Reporter, as outlined by The International Association of Trauma Recovery Coaching. If I become aware that a minor, disabled person or elderly person is currently being abused, I am mandated to report the abuse to the appropriate governing agency.

As a coach, I have limitations on what we can work through in your recovery journey. There are some situations I do not have the expertise to help you with. If you are in a place where there are risks to your safety – you are suicidal, significantly self-harming, in active addiction – the Association mandates that I help you find someone competent to deal with that particular issue. You do not have to stop seeing me, but we must bring in another professional who has the expertise with whatever safety issue is at hand to help you with those issues. If this is to occur, it is called our Escalated Care Protocol. I can provide you with additional details if you have questions about this process.

    • fully present

    • mentally available

    • on time for every session.

Bringing a third person into sessions – These sessions are for you specifically and should not include other people. If you feel the continued transformational growth needed should include another person please reach out to purpose@lifewithdaniellenicole.com to explain who and why should attend a session and for how long. This request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Policy Violation Protocol – If the policy and procedures are violated at any time, it is up to my discretion if the 6-month program will remain in place.
